This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Business Development & Outbound Sales: You identify relevant target companies, create structured prospecting lists, and actively engage potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Opportunity Development & Qualification: You conduct qualified initial conversations and discovery calls, analyze customer needs, and systematically qualify opportunities for the next steps in the sales process.
• AI-Powered Prospecting: You leverage modern research methods, buying signals, and AI-driven personalization to efficiently identify relevant target customers and conduct qualified discussions.
• Outreach & Messaging: You develop audience-specific outreach sequences and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and engagement based on campaign and performance data.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: You maintain and structure HubSpot meticulously, document sales activities transparently, and support data-driven management of outreach, forecasting, and deal progress.
• Automation & Go-to-Market Processes: You assist in building initial Clay workflows and connect HubSpot, Clay, and other outreach and GTM tools to create efficient prospecting and outreach processes.
• Testing & Optimization: You test new campaigns, analyze results, and continually improve processes, sequences, and workflows to sustainably increase efficiency and conversion rates.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, SDR environments, or B2B sales.
• Proficiency in the modern GTM stack: You have experience with contemporary sales and GTM tools, particularly HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools like Lemlist, ApolloIO, or similar platforms.
• You communicate clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the target audience, both in writing and verbally, and understand how effective outreach works in modern outbound strategies.
• You work in a structured manner, independently, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Technology & AI Affinity: You have an interest in modern GTM and prospecting processes and understand the advantages of AI-driven research, personalization, and data-oriented outbound strategies.
• Initial experience with Clay or similar tools as well as experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus.
• Direct collaboration with our Sales Director: You will work closely with our Sales Director, gaining deep insights into strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and growth.
