This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage in outreach efforts to schools and community organizations to establish new collaborations and programs.
• Manage all incoming calls, inquiries, and leads with a strong emphasis on sales and conversion.
• Efficiently schedule private lessons, birthday parties, and studio rentals.
• Consistently follow up with leads to finalize sales and maximize bookings.
• Oversee and enhance outreach accounts, ensuring robust relationships and ongoing business.
• Coordinate scheduling, client communications, and accurate data entry for all bookings.
• Proven sales experience with the capability to confidently close deals and address objections.
• Exceptional English proficiency (both spoken and written) with clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable managing high-volume phone calls and client interactions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Professional, personable, and capable of representing the brand at a high standard.
• Client Relationship: You will be directly engaging with clients, which involves communicating with them, delivering services, and independently addressing any client-related concerns.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in processing your payroll, ensuring your salary goes directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While there may be recommendations or guidelines for vacation leaves and holidays, the decision rests solely with the client. You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
