
Business Development Manager β Project Management Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Propel revenue expansion by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for project management, program management, design-build, and turnkey project delivery services within targeted industry sectors.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations, build executive-level relationships, and establish the company as a preferred partner.
β’ Oversee the complete business development lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, and securing project awards.
β’ Foster relationships with key decision-makers.
β’ Bachelorβs degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field.
β’ A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (specific to division roles), or at least 5 years of relevant experience (focused on market sector roles).
β’ A valid driver's license is required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points or violations (clean driving record).
β’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence within multi-site commercial real estate and facilities portfolios.
β’ Proficiency in selling project management, program management, design-build, and turnkey project delivery services.
β’ A strong history of building and maintaining executive-level relationships with owners, developers, corporate real estate teams, facilities leaders, and portfolio managers.
β’ Skilled in managing sales pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and utilizing CRM tools to support business development efforts and meet sales objectives.
