This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead regional business development initiatives for new product offerings.
• Convert launch objectives into actionable country-specific plans with defined targets.
• Identify, secure, and successfully convert initial early adopter and reference clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Applications, Service, Supply Chain) to ensure thorough readiness, training, and seamless execution for product launches.
• Work alongside Marketing to provide country sales teams with vital tools, value propositions, and support for key New Product Introduction (NPI) deals.
• Gather structured market feedback to shape product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
• Facilitate the transition from pilot successes to repeatable, scalable adoption across various countries.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Have over 8 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization.
• Demonstrate a proven history of launching and scaling new products within diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region is required.
