This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and enhance our B2B sector focusing on Military & Defence.
• Foster and oversee connections with OEMs, procurement offices, service providers, and Bundeswehr installations.
• Comprehend and navigate military and governmental procurement procedures at both national and international levels.
• Identify pertinent programs, platforms, and tenders.
• Represent ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik to clients, at trade exhibitions, and during industry gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the technical inside sales team and purchasing department.
• Multiple years of experience and a robust network within the military/defence sector or other security-sensitive industries.
• Vocational training or a degree demonstrating strong commercial and technical acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, along with empathy and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Proficiency in business-level English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Readiness to travel 1–3 days weekly for client meetings, including occasional extended trips.
• Permanent employment contract with long-term career potential.
