This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities in targeted LATAM countries.
• Perform market analysis to comprehend government priorities, policies, and procurement pipelines.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Oversee the sales cycle from the initial contact to the final deal closure.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with leadership.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events throughout LATAM.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects and clients.
• Ensure a seamless transition to delivery teams after the sale while continuing to engage with clients.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales (B2G or enterprise preferred).
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish (written and spoken) – essential.
• Strong comprehension of public-sector procurement environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Strong skills in research, prospecting, and lead qualification.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Solid knowledge of software solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Willingness and capability to travel within LATAM countries as needed.
