This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve growth and enhance presence in the designated territory;
• Onboard new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and deliver comprehensive training on our system;
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing partners;
• Manage accounts for an assigned portfolio of partners, providing initial support;
• Follow up with current partners to deliver system training and explore ways to enhance collaboration;
• Prepare, execute, and oversee commercial agreements with partners, including necessary documentation and technical setup;
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms by partners, including payment processes;
• Allocate approximately 40% - 50% of your working hours to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
• Provide regular, detailed reporting via CRM and internal systems;
• Initiate API agreements with potential and existing partners.
• **Relevant Experience.** A minimum of 3 years of proven success in the complete sales lifecycle with an emphasis on business development and account management within B2B companies. Experience in the travel, IT, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous;
• **Language Knowledge.** Proficient in both Italian and English;
• **Travel Requirements.** Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% of the time;
• **Analytical Skills.** Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numbers, Excel, and dashboards;
• **Personal Skills.** Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with a passion for innovative technology, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment, a team player;
• **International Mindset.** Ability to comprehend and operate within diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
• Proficiency in API technology agreements is a plus.
