This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• The Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to student recruitment, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels within the designated country or region.
• You will work closely with Company Directors to create B2B channels and execute marketing and sales strategies aimed at enhancing international student recruitment for GUS.
• Your role will involve representing one of our universities or colleges situated in Europe, North America, or Asia.
• You should possess experience in international student recruitment within the higher education sector.
• An established and relevant network of agencies, along with strong relationships with key stakeholders in these agencies, is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of industry trends is vital for contributing to the group’s strategic planning and forecasting.
• Experience in developing and training education agents on how to effectively promote the brand you represent is necessary.
• You will have a background in sourcing agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches aligned with business development duties.
• Your experience should include generating new revenue from existing streams and accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• A proven track record in identifying, supporting, and nurturing potential business partners, as well as enhancing existing client relationships, is essential.
• You should have experience conducting client research, which includes engaging with key players in the industry.
• A highly motivated individual, you will be driven to achieve success in all aspects of your work.
• Confidence in delivering workshops and presentations, hosting conferences, and being on camera is important.
• Experience with Salesforce or other database management systems is required.
