This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Spearhead the identification, development, and execution of business development initiatives within the cryptocurrency and blockchain domains.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with prospective partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, legal, product, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development projects with company goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of business development initiatives, from strategy creation to negotiation, implementation, and execution.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to uncover new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver business proposals, encompassing partnership models, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate the terms and conditions of partnerships and collaborations, ensuring agreements that are advantageous for the company.
• Monitor and oversee the progress of business development projects, guaranteeing timely delivery and successful results.
• Work alongside legal and compliance teams to ensure that all business development activities adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, security regulations across various markets).
• Generate comprehensive reports on business development activities, track KPIs, and evaluate project success.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to weave business development efforts into broader corporate strategies.
• Encourage innovation by assessing new product or service opportunities in the cryptocurrency arena, including token launches, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi) services, and blockchain integration.
• 5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, ideally within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• A solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and the evolving landscape of crypto.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and executing new business opportunities, negotiating significant partnerships, and managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance in the crypto industry, including familiarity with KYC, AML, and securities laws.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset capable of conducting market research and providing strategic insights to guide business decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for critical thinking and adapting to shifting market conditions.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
