Blockchain Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop blockchain analytics - Create, maintain, and enhance queries (SQL) and derive insights from extensive multi-chain datasets.

• Build research dashboards & reports - Design and oversee dashboards and visual reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Produce concise market updates and research - Examine institutional trends (e.g., stablecoins, tokenized assets, onchain finance), protocol mechanics, market structure, and significant crypto events.

• Shape the narrative for the industry - Craft engaging data-driven content (blogs, social media posts, research reports) to elevate Allium’s brand and your personal brand, positioning yourself as an authoritative voice among leading industry players.

• Cross-functional scaling - Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product/engineering teams to disseminate insights, provide product feedback, and showcase Allium’s data capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Crypto-native - Possess a deep understanding of crypto concepts and consistently monitor emerging trends.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data - Capable of writing complex queries (joins, grouping, CTEs, window functions) and optimizing for performance and user experience.

• Natural data storyteller - Use data to craft compelling narratives rather than presenting numbers for their own sake. Transform complex data into clear, shareable insights and provide an opinionated view backed by data that emphasizes relevance.

• You are an owner - Demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability. Take pride in your work and ownership of your decisions while respecting those of others.
