This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for industrial solutions (e.g., energy efficiency) in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Convey these strategies to the sales teams and provide active support for their execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sales to exchange best practices and collaboratively create solutions.
• Accountable for achieving sales targets, including personal budget, growth plans, and management of pertinent KPIs.
• Maintain regular customer engagement to promote product lines, portfolio, services, and growth initiatives, as well as negotiate commercial agreements (including pricing, discount, and volume structures) within authorized limits.
• Manage and track opportunities in relevant tools (e.g., CRM), encompassing standard quotations and project opportunities.
• Assist D-A-CH marketing with subject-matter expertise (e.g., for materials and events), participate in trade shows/events, and conduct regular analyses and reporting on market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
• Vocational training and/or degree, ideally with knowledge in engineering, business development, or sales.
• Proficiency in German: fluent in both spoken and written; English: good communication skills.
• Technical understanding and a keen interest in technical products.
• Affinity for technical software applications and communication protocols, along with a readiness to swiftly learn new systems.
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region.
