This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate business prospects while spearheading large-scale initiatives to capture new markets and drive revenue growth.

• Negotiate and finalize intricate, high-value contracts.

• Engage with, train, and provide support to the regional sales team.

• Uncover new opportunities by leveraging GE’s HVDC and FACTS service offerings.

• Create customer-centric solutions to address client challenges effectively.

• Prepare, oversee, and report on the progress of the annual operating plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Demonstrated experience in leadership positions within services, sales, and bids/proposals, with a track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets.

• Over 10 years of experience in services, sales, application engineering, and/or marketing related to the power grid sector.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% as required by business needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven capability to research and analyze data for developing effective bid strategies.

• Ability to communicate openly with management regarding encountered issues.
