This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leading and implementing go-to-market strategies with a strong emphasis on revenue, in close partnership with vendors and Climb teams.

• Proactively seeking and onboarding new partners and customers, particularly in the field of security solutions.

• Serving as the regional expert for Cybersecurity, AI training, vendors, and solutions.

• Generating demand in the channel through enablement, training, and direct partner engagement.

• Driving the development of the pipeline, opportunity advancement, and deal finalization.

• Managing high-value opportunities and special pricing with a robust commercial approach.

• Providing clear, structured reports on pipeline status, opportunities, and overall performance.

• Collaborating directly with vendors on campaigns, events, exhibitions, and joint sales efforts.

• Establishing strong relationships with decision-makers at targeted resellers.

• Supporting marketing efforts with a sales-oriented perspective.

• Being actively present in the field: conducting sales floor walks, visiting partners, and engaging hands-on.

• Aiding pre-sales activities to expedite deal closure.

• Contributing actively to business development plans and growth initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a business developer with a minimum of five years of experience in distribution or the IT channel.

• Native or business-fluent in German and business-fluent in English.

• Strong hunter mentality characterized by a competitive, confident, and trustworthy demeanor.

• Highly self-motivated and adept at working independently in the field.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, pipeline management, and margin enhancement.

• Strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in Cybersecurity and AI solutions.

• Strong IT competencies.

• Proven success in onboarding new customers, expanding accounts, and driving revenue growth.
