This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealer partners and the local team.
• Collaborate with dealers on retail subsidized initiatives to enhance product sales.
• Educate dealers on various programs and emphasize the significance of selling to end users.
• Participate in and/or deliver presentations at tradeshows, dealer meetings, and vendor events.
• Identify and cultivate new relationships within the designated territory.
• Offer ongoing assistance to different areas within DLL to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Generate various reports for partners as necessary.
• Initiate, promote, and develop all facets of new business relationships.
• College Diploma or University Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 5–7 years of sales or related leasing experience, involving direct interaction with vendors and end users.
• Prior credit experience and experience in client relationship management.
• Previous experience in Agriculture lending is an asset.
• Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of current market trends and activities.
• Ability to take risks and solve problems, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Capability to persist and follow through on processes until completion.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong team player with collaborative abilities.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with collaboration tools that support both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a virtual team setting.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
