This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for growing Beck Flavors' business through the identification, development, and management of potential new clients.
• Investigate and pinpoint new business prospects, including emerging markets, areas for growth, trends, clients, partnerships, or services.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to gather insights and establish connections with potential clients.
• Actively maintains current knowledge of the industry, existing and target channel accounts, as well as competitive environments.
• Formulates and implements strategic plans aimed at meeting sales goals and broadening the Beck Flavors customer base.
• Cultivates and sustains strong, enduring relationships with customers.
• Collaborates strategically with key prospects and clients to keep them updated on industry and flavor trends, as well as new flavor opportunities.
• A four-year college degree in business and/or procurement (or an equivalent qualification) is required.
• A minimum of four years of outside sales experience is necessary, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Capability to establish and nurture business relationships with clients.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in multitasking and completing tasks while traveling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the territory, market, and clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience and confidence in presenting independently before potential client executives.
