This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulating and implementing the business development strategy for the region's complete product portfolio.
• Exploring new business avenues in both sales and after-sales sectors.
• Providing guidance to existing and prospective clients in the realm of industrial communication solutions.
• Identifying prospective clients by assessing their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Proactively generating new leads, business opportunities, and projects within the region.
• Offering daily support while fostering strong relationships with current regional sales channels.
• Formulating and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility in the region.
• Organizing, managing, and backing marketing initiatives in the region, and representing the company at marketing events.
• Addressing customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Establishing and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Managers to develop solutions and offers that fulfill business and project requirements.
• Tracking customer performance, managing project timelines, forecasting sales, and providing regular reports.
• Evaluating market dynamics, trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for expanding market share.
• Performing research on new technologies or potential products to discover growth opportunities.
• Coordinating with PM and R&D Teams to develop solutions or product features, as well as suggesting enhancements or customizations.
• Working remotely and traveling as required.
• Native-level proficiency in the German language.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a technical discipline (engineering, networks, communication, automation).
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-oriented field.
• Fundamental understanding of business and sales growth strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-sufficient and well-organized, with strong planning skills.
• Project management and organizational capabilities.
• A professional, proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Capacity to work effectively in a remote environment and with international teams.
• Quick learning aptitude.
• Strong goal orientation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient presentation and speaking skills.
• IT proficiency – MS Office, ERP systems, web conferencing tools.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driving license.
