📋 Description

• The Business Development Manager – Control Valves & Automation is a senior, technically oriented growth position responsible for enhancing Bray’s footprint in control valves and automation within designated regions, industries, and strategic accounts.

• This role merges extensive application knowledge with proactive project involvement, influencing EPCs and end-users, as well as executing structured account strategies.

• The position is tasked with promoting specification inclusion, broadening strategic key accounts, bolstering AML positioning, and achieving sustainable sales and bookings growth for control valves and automation while acting as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Functioning as a highly collaborative, team-focused leader, the BDM works effectively across regional sales, global engineering, product management, marketing, and operations to achieve shared business goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory).

• Over 10 years of experience in control valves, actuation, or industrial automation, with significant application exposure.

• Proven track record of engaging with EPCs, consultants, and end-user engineering organizations.

• Demonstrated success in influencing specifications, achieving AML inclusion, and making front-end project decisions.

• Strong technical credibility combined with commercial and strategic insight.

• Capability to work independently while influencing cross-functional and global teams.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region.

• A valid driver’s license is required, along with reliable personal transportation.

• Must comply with Bray’s Drivers Policy, which includes background checks, physical assessments, credit checks, and proof of auto insurance.
