This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Engage with potential new partners.
• Bring on board new IB partners and revive inactive ones.
• Develop and oversee a network of partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and nurture business relationships.
• Act as the company's representative at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with international teams across various regions.
• At least 2 years of experience in the FX / CFD / Online Trading / Crypto / iGaming / Banking sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Possession of an existing IB portfolio or partner network is preferred.
• Proficiency in additional languages (Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Hebrew, etc.) is a plus.
