This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Develop the assigned country, territory, or region (China) by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Proactively seek out trading professionals across various social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities with the goal of engaging them as clients or partners.
• Identify the most effective and efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products in a practical manner.
• Support the onboarding process for trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners, collaborating closely with customer support to ensure a seamless user experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create necessary sales and marketing content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners while proactively working to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
• Regularly monitor affiliates and partners to optimize their activities and performance, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, providing management with feedback on the customer journey.
• Adhere to a prudent approach and due diligence regarding the regulatory framework in line with company policies and ethics.
• Travel to conferences and business meetings as necessary.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese is required, along with fluent English; preference will be given to individuals with work experience or connections in the region.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Client-focused with outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Capability to influence and persuade towards mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
