This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take the initiative to discover and pursue new business opportunities within the nucleic acid therapeutics sector.
• Work in collaboration with Business Intelligence to identify high-potential leads.
• Position Axolabs as a premier multi-site CRO/CDMO to boost market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both prospects and clients.
• Propel business expansion through a systematic sales approach and strategic negotiations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; additional business credentials are advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of drug development and regulatory environments.
• Proficient in external communications with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, fluent in English, and adept at navigating complex sales processes (additional languages are a plus).
• Extensive onboarding and personal mentorship to ensure a successful beginning.
