This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Cultivates and strengthens relationships between the Company and Client/Prospective Client Vendor Management to drive new client sales and enhance existing client retention.
• Acts as a vital resource for Executives and Executive Client Relationship Managers, collaborating with sales, relationship management, senior leadership, and executive sponsors to assess and guide key strategies, messaging, project/initiative deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Delivers insights on market competitors.
• Oversees and manages technical resources.
• Develops partnerships with Marketing and Communications by conveying business needs and engaging in the design of client communications aimed at achieving client acquisition and retention objectives.
• Directs the complete execution of all RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests from current and prospective clients.
• Advocates for products, programs, and capabilities through the creation of competitive proposals and sales presentations.
• Functions as a peer liaison regarding products, systems, and processes.
• Enhances brand awareness and pursues brand opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
