This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
• Conduct comprehensive research on target clients to grasp their business models, challenges, and opportunities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in prospective organizations (including insurers, consulting firms, and system integrators) to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Lead discovery discussions to identify client needs and position customized solutions that highlight the value of the CoverGo platform.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial outreach to deal closure and handover for successful implementation.
• Leverage sales tools (e.g., CRM platforms, data intelligence tools, and social selling channels) to establish and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including regional leadership, to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally within the insurance or insurtech sectors.
• Strong comprehension of insurance processes and related technologies (e.g., SaaS platforms, IT systems).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is mandatory.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently achieve or surpass targets.
• Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
• An existing network within the insurance industry—especially in health insurance, managed care, or employee benefits—is a substantial advantage.
