📋 Description

• Achieving or surpassing the assigned sales targets within your designated territory.

• Collaborating with local partners to implement growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.

• Cultivating relationships with end-user customers and refining application processes to foster growth.

• Offering crucial market and customer insights to both the global team and local management.

• Efficiently managing the opportunity pipeline while strategically planning for new opportunities and markets.

• Assisting customers in specifying 3M products for construction projects.

• Educating customers, local code officials, applicators, and architects on 3M product offerings.

• Evaluating customer requirements and advising on necessary product testing and certification choices.

• Delivering impartial technical guidance to help customers achieve code-compliant solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before starting) from an accredited institution in a relevant field.

• A current and valid Driver’s License.

• A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in the construction sector.

• Proficient in customer support, construction jobsite training, inspection, and reporting.

• Knowledgeable about local building codes and standards.
