Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieving your monthly and quarterly sales objectives with comprehensive support from the organization

• Developing and implementing a sales strategy tailored for your region

• Building a robust pipeline of qualified new business opportunities, demonstrating personal accountability, a strategic mindset, and exceptional funnel management

• Engaging with target audiences at prospective clients to finalize deals at optimal values and in a timely manner

• Working collaboratively with Leadership, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional experience for clients before and after sales

• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and leveraging tools like Sales Navigator and lead generation software

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly organized and disciplined

• Proven experience in solution selling processes and associated business models

• A demonstrated history of establishing a new business pipeline while simultaneously fulfilling contract obligations, with a proven record of meeting sales quotas over multiple years

• Experience in B2B sales, managing complex sales cycles from start to finish

• Trained in or familiar with solution/value selling methodologies

• Understanding of stakeholder management and the various roles of buyers in the sales process

• Knowledge or experience in the sustainability and net zero services sector is a plus

• Strong interest in the significance of sustainability and net zero initiatives in business, and their potential to enhance customer value and transform lives

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Self-driven, focused, ambitious, and highly professional, with a strong sense of enjoyment!
