This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montenegro.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with prospective Clients and Partners who may have clients interested in trading various multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
• Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in increasing accounts, deposits, and revenue.
• Identify and target established Money Managers and IBs within the MENA Region.
• Build a business portfolio organically by leveraging relationships both within and outside the market, focusing on potential IBs across diverse industries.
• Assess customers' trading requirements and create proposals to offer services that effectively meet those needs.
• Cross-sell retail clients who qualify as IBs to enhance their business and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.
• Keep informed about market news and trends related to FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
• Provide advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management techniques.
• Clarify industry terminology or trading practices to clients.
• Participate in industry and company events to identify potential clients as instructed by management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Reach out to prospective or existing clients to address their inquiries and needs.
• Create sales presentations or proposals that detail service specifications.
• Maintain customer records by utilizing the CRM system and documenting communication.
• Manage follow-ups on clients' funding, trading volume, and new account activations.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• A minimum of 4 years of substantial experience in the Forex, Banking, Stock, and Commodities Brokerage sectors within a sales department.
• Knowledge of financial markets encompassing FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
• Proficiency in both Technical and Fundamental analysis.
