This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) tasked with daily inbound and outbound prospecting within a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring consistent achievement of activity targets (calls), scheduled meetings, conducted meetings, and meetings qualified by Account Executives, while fostering a high-performance culture based on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Create and implement a structured inbound and outbound operating model, encompassing call frameworks, sequencing strategies, and qualification criteria, ensuring that generated meetings meet defined thresholds and efficiently convert into accepted pipeline.
• Oversee performance management and reporting within the BDR function, establishing clear scorecards and dashboards to monitor leading indicators (activity) and lagging results (meetings set and qualified), utilizing data to identify gaps, coach team members, and enhance overall team performance.
• Utilize data and reporting to keep key managerial stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Marketing, and CRM Administrators to ensure alignment on ICP targeting, messaging, and lead flow.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: outbound sales, business development, or outside sales.
• Preferred: previous management experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SDR or inside sales teams in high-volume outbound settings with well-defined activity and conversion goals.
• Capability to operationalize and manage funnel metrics while overseeing SDR compensation models linked to calls, meetings scheduled, meetings held, and meetings qualified.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies, including ICP definition, sequencing, messaging, and call coaching techniques.
• Demonstrated success in implementing accountability systems, scorecards, and daily/weekly operational routines in collaboration with AEs to enhance meeting quality and conversion rates.
• High proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft) with a strong focus on reporting discipline.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and swiftly implement targeted improvements.
