This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify and secure new business prospects in localization, translation, and multilingual content services, particularly focusing on the healthcare, e-learning, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at increasing the company’s market share in localization services.
• Respond to incoming leads and proactively engage potential clients to guide them through the sales process.
• Create and deliver tailored proposals, pricing models, and solutions that meet the localization needs of clients.
• Participate in networking, industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to cultivate strong relationships and generate leads.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, client challenges, and competitive insights to position the company as a reliable partner in localization.
• Leverage CRM tools to document all sales activities, monitor progress, and ensure precise reporting.
• Work alongside the marketing team to craft targeted outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to provide updates, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling localization solutions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-informed about service offerings and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, linguistics, international relations, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in sales or business development within the localization, translation, or language services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and securing high-value contracts.
• Previous experience in team management or leadership is highly preferred.
• Proven capability to generate leads and close sales within the localization industry.
• Strong understanding of localization processes, translation services, and multilingual content strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to sales.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Experience in selling localization technology integration to cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Fintech.
