This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand SyncVR Medical's presence in the United States, beginning in Houston, Texas.
• Generate New Revenue: Seek out, engage, and finalize partnerships with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and strategic collaborators, initially concentrating on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center environment.
• Own Outbound Business Development: Spearhead outbound initiatives throughout Houston and the wider Texas area, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively manage multi-stakeholder sales processes within hospitals and drive agreements to fruition.
• Lead Value-Based Selling: Position SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a significant clinical and financial asset by creating robust business cases and executive-level proposals.
• Shape the US Organization: Participate in recruiting plans, sales framework, and go-to-market strategies as the US operations expand.
• Transition into a Leadership Role: Be instrumental in scaling the US market, with the potential to advance to Head of Sales / VP USA.
• Proven Medical Sales Hunter: 5–10 years of experience in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), showcasing a strong history of closing new business and developing a pipeline from the ground up.
• US Healthcare Expertise: In-depth knowledge of hospital procurement and decision-making processes. An existing network in Texas (particularly within the Texas Medical Center) is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, taking initiative, and building a market from scratch.
• Strategic & Hands-On: Capable of engaging C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound efforts and executing deals.
• Ambition to Grow: Driven to build, scale, and assume future leadership roles.
• Build a Market from Scratch: Contribute significantly to the launch and growth of SyncVR Medical in the US, starting in one of the largest healthcare ecosystems globally.
• High Impact & Ownership: Assume full responsibility for business development in Texas, with a direct impact on growth and strategic direction.
• Work Directly with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team during a pivotal phase of international expansion.
