This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Propel profitable GMV expansion by identifying, qualifying, and securing new brand partnerships that align with Spreetail’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee opportunities throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with BDRs or independently sourcing leads while maintaining a robust and accurate pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with brand decision-makers by delivering engaging, tailored presentations and spearheading strategic discussions.
• Employ financial analysis and data-driven insights to assess partnership prospects, negotiate deal terms, and enhance long-term profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Vendor Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful partnership launches.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account executive roles, or comparable closing positions, with a proven history of driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic meetings, presenting proposals, and negotiating with decision-makers in a consultative sales setting.
• Strong comprehension of essential financial metrics, including revenue, margin, profitability, and contribution impact.
• Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities, and operating effectively within a structured sales framework.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
