Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Client acquisition - Generate new opportunities and enhance offerings to existing customers. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from outreach to demonstrations and closing deals.

• Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, ensuring all sales are concluded in a timely manner.

• Presentation and negotiation – Create precise quotes and develop, as well as present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as necessary, ensuring a balance between optimal service, client value, and SiteMinder's profit margins.

• CRM maintenance – Keep accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system.

• Client feedback – Relay client feedback on products to the Product Team for product evaluations based on this feedback.

• Partner management – Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend significant functions and events, which may require occasional travel to client locations for meetings with relevant managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in new business acquisition, ideally within the SaaS (software-as-a-service) sector, handling the full sales cycle.

• Industry experience is a significant advantage (hotel tech, OTA, revenue management).

• Self-motivated and resilient, demonstrating the ability to show up daily and give your best effort.

• Growth mindset - receptive to feedback and coaching.

• Proficient level of English.
