This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Meet monthly and annual goals related to assigned Sales Partners' quotes, orders submitted, net billings, gross commissions, and gross profits.
• Proactively manage and effectively increase the revenue streams of assigned Sales Partners.
• Market actively to designated Sales Partners while establishing and nurturing relationships with them.
• Engage the existing base of “core” sales partners to maximize revenue performance.
• Onboard new sales partners and guide them through their second year to reach their targets.
• Encourage attendance at events and participate in regional events.
• Generate new sales revenues from our enhanced services portfolio.
• Apply problem-solving skills to assist assigned Sales Partners in addressing issues and escalations.
• Provide insights to the Director/VP, Partner Sales regarding gaps in the supplier portfolio.
• Travel as necessary to strengthen existing relationships with Sales Partners and Suppliers.
• Attend company and team meetings, as well as onsite and offsite supplier training sessions and events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience and familiarity with telecom products, UCaaS, and cloud computing.
• Previous experience in technology or telecommunications sales is preferred.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing a wide array of tasks within tight deadlines.
• Flourishes in a dynamic environment characterized by accountability, commitment, and efficiency.
• Experience with indirect channel sales organizations is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer usage, with a strong command of the internet and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, writing, and editorial skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
