This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead the growth and development of the Swiss market, emphasizing long-term growth possibilities.
• Serve as the primary in-country representative for customers and patients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Expand the business within both new and existing accounts to achieve or surpass revenue targets and objectives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, prioritizing patient outcomes.
• Provide intelligence and insights to European leadership on competitor activities, customer requirements, and barriers to adoption.
• Work collaboratively with regional and European teams to ensure local initiatives align with broader commercial strategies.
• Act as a crucial liaison between Swiss stakeholders and internal teams, promoting clear communication and coordination.
• Recognize and comprehend competitive products, their features, and strengths in comparison to Saluda’s offerings.
• Support and manage educational and promotional activities, including clinical training, workshops, and events.
• Offer clinical and technical assistance to clinical teams during surgeries, implants, and follow-up visits.
• Educate and train customers on the advantages and proper clinical use of company products through impactful presentations and demonstrations using suitable formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals) to keep customers informed about new and existing products.
• Participate in physician education conferences and events.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices, patient pathways, and therapy outcomes.
• Document interactions, activities, and insights in accordance with compliance and reporting standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development initiatives as the market evolves.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of implantable medical devices.
• Experience with SCS and/or patient interaction is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a previous sales role, reflecting a high level of sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills, including a preference for statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office/Excel, and experience with sales force automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a relevant Swiss national language.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
