This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• New Business Acquisition: Take ownership of all elements related to prospecting and lead generation within the designated territory.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into new clientele.
• Provide engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight NDX’s value proposition.
• Secure new business agreements to meet or surpass revenue objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Dedicate the majority of your time in the field, visiting potential clients and existing customers on a daily basis.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with dental professionals, such as dentists, office personnel, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery discussions to uncover customer needs and position NDX’s services as the optimal solution.
• Collaboration & Onboarding: Partner closely with NDX labs to guarantee an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure efficient account setup, communication, and service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between new clients and labs to facilitate a successful transition and foster a long-term partnership.
• Territory Management: Formulate and execute a strategic territory plan to optimize new business expansion.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance in relation to goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Unyielding drive, persistence, and determination to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Previous experience tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly motivated, self-reliant, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
