Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of all prospecting and lead generation efforts within the designated territory.

• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, successfully converting leads into new accounts.

• Present sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.

• Secure new business contracts to achieve or surpass revenue objectives.

• Engage with prospects and customers on a daily basis.

• Foster and sustain relationships with dentists, office personnel, and other key decision-makers.

• Carry out discovery discussions to uncover customer needs and align NDX services as a solution.

• Collaborate with NDX labs to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams for account setup, communication, and service provision.

• Ensure successful transitions and cultivate long-lasting customer partnerships.

• Devise and implement a strategic plan for the territory.

• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance relative to goals.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or near Boston, MA.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Proven capability to independently manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and achieve results.

• Unwavering drive, tenacity, and determination to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Experience with tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Highly motivated and self-sufficient in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Capability to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.

• Fine motor skills and the ability to perform repetitive motions.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting prescriptions and other necessary documentation.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information.

• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
