This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Identify, target, and engage new OEM accounts and opportunities within key sectors such as orthopedics, robotics (RAS), minimally invasive surgery (MIS), interventional, and neuromodulation.
• Develop and oversee a qualified manufacturing pipeline that aligns with Millstone's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and meets 90-day pipeline velocity benchmarks.
• Conduct frequent prospect and customer engagement activities, including onsite visits, virtual discovery meetings, participation in trade shows, and engagement at OEM conferences.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure that customer commitments are both commercially viable and operationally feasible.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing outsourcing sectors.
• Proven history of generating new business (hunter mentality).
• Experience selling to OEM procurement, supply chain, quality, R&D, and engineering stakeholders.
• Acquainted with the medical device product lifecycle, including NPI, transfer, validation, and production scale-up.
• Skilled in structured pipeline management methodologies and personal sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines.
