Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring prompt support and a positive experience.

• Arrange and manage client meetings, check-ins, and follow-up communications.

• Gather and summarize client performance metrics, feedback, and usage trends.

• Monitor client inquiries and work collaboratively with internal teams (Implementation, Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to efficiently resolve issues.

• Foster robust client relationships through ongoing communication.

• Track key performance indicators (usage, satisfaction, engagement) to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Assist in the renewal processes by providing relevant data and documentation.

• Collaborate with marketing to identify clients suitable for testimonials or case studies.

• Support onboarding and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients.

• Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collect and relay client feedback to enhance products and services.

• Contribute to internal documentation and reporting processes for continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous).

• Over 3 years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development, ideally in a solutions-focused environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Highly organized with a strong emphasis on detail and follow-through.

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Ability to build networks and cultivate relationships across diverse markets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Proactive problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguity and managing high-pressure situations.

• Strong sense of accountability and reliability, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
