This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the identification, validation, and commercialization of new and adjacent growth opportunities for ITW CCNA by determining where, why, and how our products create unique value across the construction sectors (Drywall, HVAC, MEP).

• Propel accelerated sales growth within the designated territory by enhancing existing accounts and cultivating new businesses to achieve or surpass revenue and profitability goals.

• Develop, nurture, and strengthen robust relationships with distributors, contractors, end users, and key external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.

• Perform jobsite visits, conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and troubleshoot issues to ensure long-term customer success.

• Act as the 'voice of the customer' by utilizing field insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to support Customer Back Innovation (CBI) initiatives and new product development.

• Evaluate territory and market opportunities using internal tools and data to create and implement targeted territory, account, and sales plans (80/20 Principle).

• Represent ITW CCNA with trade associations, industry organizations, and key market influencers to enhance brand visibility and broaden market presence.

• Investigate, identify, and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and markets, maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.

• Formulate and implement market penetration strategies, including cold outreach campaigns, objection-handling tactics, and growth plans to boost market share and revenue.

• Collaborate across various functions with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Services, Engineering, Product Management, and internal teams to address customer issues, support growth initiatives, and drive results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

• Over 5 years of experience in business development or growth-oriented sales, particularly in technical, construction, or distributor-focused sales.

• Strong knowledge of construction applications, jobsite environments, and technical problem-solving.

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through customer-centric, value-based selling of differentiated products.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling capabilities.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with an aggressive growth mindset, showcasing strong territory planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
