This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of identifying, prioritizing, and converting high-value opportunities.
• Establish a robust sales pipeline and directly contribute to achieving revenue growth targets.
• Influence teams across functions and shape customer strategies.
• Enhance ITW Medical’s competitive edge in targeted market segments.
• Spearhead new business development initiatives within the medical device OEM sectors.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert potential opportunities.
• Create and implement Key Account Plans (KAPs) for high-value target accounts.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration among engineering, quality, operations, and sales to secure new business.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable strategies and innovation inputs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing “How to Win” strategies and quantifiable value propositions.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and enhance sales playbooks and hunting processes.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing, and long-term partnerships with customers.
• Travel up to 30–40% for customer engagement and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (5+ years preferred).
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare OEM, or related technical industries.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion.
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience with value-based selling and managing complex, lengthy sales cycles.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
• High initiative, resilience, and capacity to thrive in uncertain environments.
• Vacation - up to 120 hours within the first year.
• Sick - up to 40 hours of time within the first year.
• Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within the first year.
• Holiday - 10 paid holidays per year.
