This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Drive commercial success and expand market presence in Japan.
• Collaborate with supply partners and travel experience providers to enhance relationships.
• Broaden offerings and provide outstanding value to customers.
• Initiate new cities by onboarding new Supply Partners and establishing distribution-side partnerships in Japan.
• Cultivate relationships with existing Supply Partners for further growth.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and your accounts to ensure smooth partnership execution.
• Identify market trends and deliver analysis to refine business strategies.
• Proficient in both Japanese and English with exceptional communication abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within consumer tech startups.
• Strong analytical skills along with proficient written and verbal communication.
• Global perspective and comfortable collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones.
• A start-up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to take initiative.
• Experience with CRM systems; eager to learn and adopt new tools.
• Candidates may reside in either Osaka or Tokyo.
