This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Leading, mentoring, and nurturing Business Development Representatives to ensure the consistent achievement of growth, pipeline creation, and account engagement objectives.
β’ Conducting regular performance evaluations, offering coaching, and ensuring compliance with effective prospecting, research, and territory strategy practices.
β’ Promoting the adoption and disciplined utilization of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining pipeline integrity.
β’ Developing and implementing commercial market growth strategies across essential verticals.
β’ Creating strategic playbooks for new market entry, account qualification, and customer expansion initiatives.
β’ Reviewing team pipelines, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity progression to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
β’ Acting as a liaison between Business Development Managers and Regional Account Managers, Operations, Support, and Sales Leadership.
β’ Collaborating with merchandising, logistics, and operations to ensure that commercial customer expectations are fulfilled.
β’ Ensuring coherence between inside-sales-driven initiatives and field execution efforts.
β’ Overseeing market research conducted by the team and synthesizing insights into actionable growth strategies.
β’ Monitoring competitor tactics, customer feedback, and emerging trends in commercial construction to inform strategic decisions.
β’ Assisting Business Development Managers in building relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
β’ Participating in strategic customer meetings and supporting major presentations, escalations, and negotiations.
β’ 5β7+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or account management, preferably in the commercial flooring, building materials, construction, or related sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales or business development teams within growth-oriented environments.
β’ Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills with the capability to influence at various organizational levels.
β’ Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer engagement.
β’ Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform strategic action plans.
