This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Accountable for driving growth in new business across both existing and prospective clients
• Responsible for lead generation, pipeline enhancement, and achieving closed-won targets
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Develop and nurture a robust professional network
• Proactively foresee challenges and adapt swiftly in fast-paced settings
• Establish ambitious objectives and take full responsibility for results
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in a Pharmaceutical company, CRO, or Central Laboratory
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and successfully close deals
• Outstanding networking capabilities and the skill to forge long-lasting professional relationships
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is advantageous
