This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive consistent year-on-year growth in revenue and margins within the Public Sector.
• Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop persuasive win strategies that resonate with customer requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in public sector organizations.
• Integrate technology-enabled solutions into new business ventures.
• Utilize data, insights, and sales tools to effectively manage the pipeline.
• Collaborate with CPS teams to ensure a smooth transition of new business into delivery and account management.
• Experience in the Public Services Sector is essential.
• Proven experience in selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management solutions.
• Solid background in managing a business development or sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in meeting targets.
• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and establishing trusted client relationships.
• Commercially savvy, capable of qualifying opportunities and crafting customized solutions.
• Proficient in utilizing insights, research, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Strong grasp of best practices in business development, including account planning, pipeline management, reporting, and risk management.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly beneficial.
