This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Drive both outbound and inbound sales initiatives to expand Moonlight's client network of US executives and founders.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and closure.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline utilizing CRM platforms like Pipedrive.
• Develop persuasive outreach communications, email sequences, and pitch decks customized for executive audiences.
• Identify and engage with new market prospects and referral channels.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to enhance retention and upsell possibilities.
• Monitor and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with the founding team to enhance messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create sales enablement resources, including one-pagers, objection handling scripts, and case studies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Near-native or fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms, with excellent executive communication abilities.
• Experience in selling to or collaborating with US-based clients or companies.
• Comfortable taking charge of strategy and execution independently without extensive team support.
• Skilled in using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Exceptional writing capabilities: capable of crafting both cold emails and pitch decks with equal proficiency.
• Self-motivated mindset: thriving in a dynamic, remote, startup atmosphere.
• Experience in staffing, professional services, or SaaS is a significant advantage.
