This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Accountable for application outcomes with our aggregator partners
• Acting as the primary contact for your brokers
• Establishing and sustaining exceptional relationships with Brokers
• Actively overseeing a pipeline of Broker scenarios and submitted Applications, consistently aiming for the best possible Broker & Customer Experience
• Identifying new Broker relationships and nurturing them until they evolve into enthusiastic advocates for Athena, true supporters
• Conducting engaging Broker onboarding sessions to deliver comprehensive insights about Athena, our mission, the ideal Customers for Athena, as well as our products and processes
• Managing relationships with aggregators, including partnership managers and regional leaders
• Participating in internal decision-making processes – contributing to Athena's discussions on opportunities and improvements
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable BDM role handling relationships with broker networks and individual brokers
• Capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with brokers, credit teams, and clients
• Strong emphasis on sales and conversion rates
• Outstanding communication skills – clear, engaging, and professional
