This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass designated sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) on both a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for northern Poland, in alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners throughout the region, ensuring coverage in vital markets and sectors.
• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities that correspond with the company's growth strategy.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electronic security sector or a comparable industry.
• Sales experience in Slovakia.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Proven track record of involvement in the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
• A robust combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
