Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving the divisional Operating Plan and Quota Contribution objectives for Canada.

• Implement sales strategies within designated accounts based on division priorities.

• Collaborate with Regional Senior Sales Managers, Zone Sales Managers, Collision Customer Specialists, Digital Collision Customer Specialists, Application Engineering, and AAD Marketing to secure business at targeted mid-market accounts (MSO/LSO) within AAD collision segments.

• Engage the complete value stream of AAD channel partners and paint companies for relationship development, program execution, pipeline creation, and successful opportunities tracked in Salesforce CRM.

• Implement market-specific New Product Introductions (NPI) within designated accounts.

• Uphold 3M values and comply with the 3M Code of Conduct throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher (must be completed and verified before starting).

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales or business development within a private, public, government, or military setting.

• A current, valid driver’s license is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for this role.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified before starting) from an accredited institution.

• Proven track record of developing new business.

• A relationship-oriented individual with a competitive spirit.

• Experience and confidence in presenting to executives in customer corner offices.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, process-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.

• Extensive knowledge of the collision industry and its products.

• Experience across multiple functions within 3M (sales, channel).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and PowerBi Reporting.
