This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to identify and pursue new business opportunities aimed at expanding 360 Direct Access partnerships and contracts.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on both regional and national levels.
• Confidently represent 360 Direct Access at industry events and conferences, enhancing visibility and generating qualified leads.
• Identify RFP and grant opportunities that align with our service offerings.
• Oversee the creation of tailored proposals and manage the RFP process from initiation to completion.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market strategies to position 360 Direct Access as a trusted leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five years of demonstrated success in business development or sales.
• Proven proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred.
• Remote, self-directed position.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Extensive virtual communication (phone, videophone, text, or video conferencing).
