This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Develop a growth strategy aimed at achieving both financial success and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and understand the needs of customers.
• Cultivate existing relationships while seeking new avenues for growth.
• Promote the company's offerings by addressing or anticipating client objectives.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and customer demands, maintaining regular communication with management and stakeholders to refine strategies.
• Proven track record in business development, sales executive, or a similar position.
• At least 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles within the blockchain industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and expanding business opportunities.
• Proactive in finding new ways to identify growth opportunities.
• Responsible for establishing strategic and value-focused relationships and partnerships that align with our growth goals.
• Able to quickly understand and present new products and technologies with an emphasis on their value.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for conferences.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
