This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and coordinate our daily interactions with key partner business teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that empower sales and enhance revenue growth.
• Establish new connections and foster relationships to ensure Cornelis is recognized as a trusted partner through persistence, creativity, and effective customer engagement.
• Align technology roadmaps between Cornelis and our partners to influence infrastructure choices and strengthen Cornelis’ value proposition in their platforms.
• Represent Cornelis Networks at events, trade shows, executive forums, and industry conferences.
• Act as an advocate for our partners internally, delivering structured feedback to refine Cornelis’ product and market strategies.
• Operate with determination and resilience, navigating complex and matrixed partner organizations to achieve alignment from field sellers to executive decision-makers.
• At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales hunting, or technology partnerships—ideally in cloud, HPC, or enterprise infrastructure.
• A proven history of successfully managing relationships with complex multinational technology firms that have led to significant business growth.
• Strong understanding of HPC, AI, and data center infrastructure, including Ethernet, InfiniBand, and interconnect technologies.
• Experience in engaging and influencing engineering, VP, and C-level decision-makers.
• Proficiency in standard business productivity and sales enablement software platforms – such as Office and Salesforce.
