This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Identify and evaluate new business prospects in North America.
• Develop and oversee a client pipeline across various sectors.
• Actively engage with potential clients through outbound efforts (email, calls, social media).
• Organize and facilitate discovery and qualification discussions.
• Collaborate with leadership to finalize deals.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel anticipated to be 40% of the time).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development within consulting or service-oriented fields.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prospect, engage, and qualify leads.
• Background in selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Ability to work autonomously without extensive daily oversight.
• Open to traveling for client meetings and events.
